The missing car belonging to Britney Cosby, who was found dead along with her girlfriend Crystal Jackson back in March, has been recovered. The 2006 Kia Sorento was discovered at a vehicle storage lot in Houston, where it was towed after being abandoned at a strip club. The vehicle is now being processed for evidence.

It appears that the murders of the two women happened in the home of James Cosby, the father of one of the victims who allegedly was not supportive of his daughter being gay. James Cosby has been arrested and charged with two counts of tampering with evidence. Investigators have stated that they expect to upgrade the charges to capital murder after forensic tests are completed and they locate the couple’s missing car and a possible accomplice.

  1. This is a sad, tragic, outrage. I think about my own conservative, ultra-religious family and all the support they have given me and I’m sad this couple didn’t have that. Love is love people. This couple committed no crime except to love each other, I find it sad that a father was willing to commit an actual crime than let his daughter choose how to live her life. Live and let live has so much meaning in this case.
