If you’re anything like me, you’re not really drawn to phallic-shaped adult toys…or ones that look like an inanimate object or a weapon. That’s why I was pleasantly surprised that the Fusion, a harness dildo by Wet For Her, was sleek and purple with no dangling appendages in sight (it also comes in pink and black). The packaging is also super chic. Designed in Paris, I felt like I was unwrapping a new Apple product. (iDildo, anyone?) What makes this adult toy super special is the built in clitoral stimulation at the base. I couldn’t wait to experience the dual partner-pleasure with my lady.

The Fusion

Retailing at $65.95 – $85.95, the Fusion, comes in three sizes: Small (Diameter: 1.14 inch, Length: 6.93 inch), Medium (Diameter: 1.37 inch, Length: 6.93 inch) and Large (Diameter: 1.50 inch, Length: 7.40 inch).

The brand’s tagline is appropriately “By Women for Women” and it’s no wonder this product is called “Fusion.” It works with your body and it was super comfortable to wear. There’s a subtle curve to the Fusion, which effortlessly hit my G-spot time and time again—no awkward angles or pretzel positions required. The big bonus? There was enough friction on my clit to get me to the big “O” while I was pleasing my partner. My only complaint is that it’s a bit tricky to make sure the clitoral “bumper” is positioned perfectly and you’ll need to come equipped with your own harness. (Wet for Her has some great promos and combo packages. Shipping is free and there’s no minimum purchase.) Once you get the straps adjusted just right and contact is made, you’re golden.

If you don’t care what your toys are made of, well…you should. The Fusion is hypoallergenic, 100% medical-grade silicone and is phthalates free. In other words, it’s easy to clean and even easier to care for your ladyparts (it doesn’t retain smells or bacteria).

In case you couldn’t already tell, I’m a fan of the Fusion. It’s become part of my regular pleasure arsenal. Because who doesn’t like to give and receive simultaneously?

I appreciate that Elixher is trying to let us know about new toys that are on the market, but I think this could have been done in a way that didn’t seem discriminatory/derogatory against transwomen who may in fact have ballsacs and penises. Those women are women too.
